Here is my take on "Plains".  Photoshop, about an hour and 15 minutes.

I think I'm going to try warming up with one of these for the next couple of days.  Spent about 45 minutes on this one, tried to make it a bit more complex in the parts I painted.

Character design

I'll probably colour him again in photoshop, but I did a quick watercolour tonight after I scanned the B&W drawing, mostly just for fun.

Legend of Korra plate extension

Just for fun, I took a screenshot from "Legend of Korra", and then made it bigger and did a plate extension.  Took about 15 minutes.

As the City Burns

Again, trying to move away from photo-textures and paint it "for real".  Gave myself a hard 2 hour time limit.

Was thinking of the castles the British built in Wales to help keep the populace in line back in the 11th century.  Just about 2 hours, photoshop.  Wanted to move away from the photo look a little bit, try for more painterly.

Revisiting the Crash Site
