Not sure what you call a warm-up painting...it's not really a sketch, is it? Anyway, whipped out these two mermaids, each one took a total of about 5 minutes, so they're loose ;)

I've got a confession, I love Longshot, he's still my favorite X-Men, and I still think that Gambit was a bad rip-off.

Did this over the weekend, was playing with very pale washes for skin tones...didn't have any photo ref, and I got a bit lost with what to do next.

Green Man

Spent most of the weekend shooting still photography for a movie my wife was production manager on, but I did get a chance to draw and paint this in between the craziness. Acrylic ink on watercolour paper.

Been a bit..

Day devolved into a total C.D.S. (Can't Draw Shit) day, but I started out with a couple of very loose watercolour sketches that I'm ok with :)
