The joys and travails of character painting.

Biting the bullet and putting in a foreground character.  Way outside my comfort zone ;)  Nowhere near finished yet, but nicely "in progress" at this point.

Gave it another 60 minutes to start turning it from a colored drawing to a painting.

Drawn on paper, then taken into Procreate on my iPad for coloring. Total time was about 90 minutes.

The story continues....

Based on feedback from CTN-Expo, I created a new painting based on the same scene as one from last year, moving it in time to show a change in story.

Possible banner

I'm working on my banner for Emerald City Comicon and Vancouver FanExpo.  I'd like to do something with imagery on it, but I don't want to feel like it is obsolete soon after it's done, so I'm hesitant to put paintings on it.

Final banner will be 36"x78" and pull up from the floor.

This is the first idea that I had, I'd love some feedback.
