Hey Seth, here are some crits like you asked. I think the general lighting is pretty convincing. You should start adding details, maye some small lights from the aircraft or foreground structure would make it more interesting. One thing I would change is the "cross" form to the right formed by the silhouette of the dock and the building in the background. I would also add some more futuristic elements to the architecture in the background. I think there is too big a leap between the modern architecture and industrial looking floating pylons.
