I've been wanting to feature this guy for a while, and now that he has TWO images up for the Spectrum Gold award in concept art, I think the time is right. I believe Theo is currently working at ArenaNet, and he's been doing concept art since 2007. To me, he's got such an amazing understanding of colour, reminds me a lot of Monet and the other impressionists.
Man, I love his drawings too!
